PTS has experience in developing integrated web solutions. The key area that PTS focuses on in its web solutions is end-to-end integration from the web site to the back office systems.

Indicative of our core position, we outsource graphics design components of web development or when available, integrate with the customers preferred design supplier.

Some of the solutions we have delivered are:

• A financial services application for a US organisation, where salespeople and customers can run financial projections from a browser and the results as calculated by the financial engine are passed back to the browser
• A system that uses XML to deliver PDF documents to subscribers in multiple countries, where different subscribers pay for and receive documents depending on the different interest areas they have subscribed to
• An online ordering system where customers are located globally, including pricing display based on the customer’s currency and discount level as stored in the accounting system, and with a secure (SSL) credit card interface to the WorldPay multi-currency credit card payment system
• Applications running on WinCE devices that record data, and then transmit the data to the central database over the GPRS wireless communications network
