PTS operates several support desks staffed by teams of specialist employees. They are always on hand to support our customers and business partners by providing technical guidance and helping to solve complex issues immediately.


We realise time is of the essence in business and that when technical issues arise, they need to be solved quickly so that don’t affect productivity. That’s why we view our support services to you, the client, as part and parcel of the PTS experience.


PTS operates both an Infrastructure Support team and an Accpac Support team. Both units are available to provide complimentary support for European and American companies who wish to offer 24 hour/7 day a week support to their own user base.
